Why did WTK execute a token swap and airdrop?

Created by Shubham Jain, Modified on Thu, 18 Aug, 2022 at 1:40 PM by Jaqueline Susanto

One of the exchanges which WTK traded on was subject to a hack. The team decided to spare no expense to ensure that no token holders lost their assets following the incident. As such, WTK was reissued via a new smart contract and an airdrop was executed on a 1:1 basis. All WTK holders with a positive balance will receive the equivalent amount in WTK without requiring further action by the holders. Token supply and fundamentals have not changed. We remind our users that holding WTK on exchanges is at their own risk.
